Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is ideally located close to everything in Florence, making it easy to explore the city on foot. While the rooms were quite small and faced another building, the surroundings were kept very clean. The service from the staff was exceptional; they were friendly and helpful, truly making me feel at home. However, having no heating in the room was a drawback, especially during colder weather.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which offered spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that added a charming old-world feel to the experience. The service from the staff was exceptional, always friendly and ready to help. Its location made it incredibly convenient to walk to the city center and other attractions. On the downside, the noise level was a bit high, especially during the World Cup, and while there were numerous dining options nearby, breakfast choices could have been improved.
The hotel has some definite perks, like its fantastic location just a short walk from the train station and all the major attractions in Florence. The rooms were quite spacious and nicely decorated, but unfortunately, they are showing their age and could use an upgrade. The staff was super friendly and provided great recommendations for local dining, which I really appreciated. However, I did find the noise from the nearby street to be a bit disruptive at times.
I had a decent stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, being so close to the train station and city center, which made getting around a breeze. The rooms were clean but a bit small. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. However, I found the dining options a bit limited, and the Wi-Fi was not free, which was a downside.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great for sightseeing and close to train access, but the noise made it somewhat uncomfortable. The rooms were larger than I expected and had a charming, albeit dated, feel to them, and the staff was incredibly helpful. However, the dining options could be improved for a better breakfast experience.
